Property Management Company

11/5/2022

One of our residents did some research for us on the pros and cons of having a property management company as discussed in prior meetings.  Please review as the board is leaning toward engaging a property management company starting 2023.

I have attached the presentation for your review and she will be sharing it at our next up and coming meeting.

Thank you,

We are asking that you remove your commercial vehicles within 7 days.  If your vehicle is not removed in seven days, it will be subject to being towed.

Bishop Road Landfill Update

8/21/2022

Picture
In the latest court hearings on August 18th, Mr. Tandy Bullock was found in contempt and will be ordered by the court to clean the site.  The judge provided a general outline of what the court order should include and gave EPD until September 9th to present a plan to clean up the property.  That plan will be made into the final court order.  The clean up of the site will need to be completed on or before December 31, 2024. There will be monthly milestones with penalties, if Mr. Bullock does not meet those milestones.  There will also be quarterly status update hearings with the court.

I will be meeting again with the EPD to get additional updates and to setup a program of frequent updates as the court order is carried out.

Thank you those who have been carrying the fight over the past few years.  I will stay on top of this issue until it is completely gone from our area and city.

Council member Jaceey Sebastian
