The Board has received several calls regarding coyotes in the neighborhood.  They are normally nocturnal animals so it's alarming that hey have been seen in the daytime.  The park ranger that we have spoken with said to not allow them to get comfortable being around people or they may begin to attack people (small children).  Also keep a close eye on your pets.  If coyotes have already made their way into your yard, be loud and large by waving your hand, yelling and making loud noises using things like pots and pans, cans filled with marbles or pennies or anything else that makes noise.  You can also throw small projectiles at them, like tennis balls or rocks. Or you can shoot them with a BB gun.  (Please Do Not use a real gun). 

The pool will re-open on Sunday, July 10, 2022 and will be open everyday from 12:00noon to 8:oopm.  Once school starts (dates tbd) the pool will be open from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Monday - Friday and 12:00noon to 8:00pm on the weekends.  We are looking to have the pool remain open for a few more weeks after Labor Day due to us having to close the pool for a few weeks during June and July.

We will be having our quarterly community HOA meeting on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 2:00pm in the clubhouse.  It will also be available via zoom.  Details to follow.
