What happens if I am late paying my HOA dues?
If you are late paying your HOA dues, you will have a $50 late fee accessed to your account. Your account may also be sent over to the attorney for collection.
What happens to my account if it is turned over to the attorney?
If your account is turned over to the attorney, your wages may be garnished or a lien may be put on your home. You will also have to pay the attorney fees as well as any other collection fees for your account.
What are my HOA Dues used for?
HOA Dues are used to obtain the income needed to pay for insurance, pool, landscaping, water, sewer, garbage, maintenance etc.
What happens to any excess funds from the collection of dues?
Any excess HOA funds that exist after paying for all of the pertinent services as described above are stored in an account called reserve funds.
When do I become a member of the HOA?
Once you purchase a home in our community, you automatically become a member of our HOA and are required to pay HOA dues every year.
How do I get out of being a member of the HOA?
The only way to no longer be a member of our HOA is to move out of the community.
- All homeowners must pay their HOA dues every year and on time.
- Statements will be mailed out to every homeowner around February 1st.
- The Dues are $500 per year and payment is due by March 1st every year.
- If your dues are not paid on time, late fees will be assessed.
How do I pay my HOA dues?
- Pay in person during office hours (if available)
- Drop off your check or money order in our mail slot at the clubhouse.
- Mail your check or money to P.O. Box 1607 Fairburn, GA 30213
- Pay online by using our Resident Portal (2.95% service fee plus $1.00 convenience fee will be added)

- Once it is confirmed that you are a resident you will be able to enter your information to create your account.
