If at any time you become delinquent on your HOA dues and fees, you will not be permitted to use the pool until your HOA dues and fees become current. Only 1 pool pass will be issued to each household and each pass will have all family members names on it that is listed below. Each pass will allow admission for 2 additional guests not listed on the form below.

ENFORCEMENT OF RULES
1. First offense will result in a warning.
2. The second offense will result in a ten (10) minute suspension (out of pool, seated with the pool monitor).
3. The third offense will result in a 24 hour suspension from the pool.
4. Any child asked to leave the pool more than twice in a season will not be allowed to return to the pool for the rest of the season.
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimmers use the pool at their own risk.
- All residents and guest(s) must sign in.
- Residents are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their guest(s).
- All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult resident.
- Children 3 years old and under in addition to children that are not potty trained must wear snug fitted plastic pants or water resistant swim diapers.
- There is no smoking or vaping allowed in and around the pool area
- Only pool toys that are provided by The Parks at Durham Lakes are allowed inside of the pool area.
- No person may enter the pool area in an intoxicated condition.
- Any person having a skin disease, sores or inflamed eyes, nasal or ear discharge, open wounds, or any communicable disease shall be excluded from the pool.
- No running, pushing, scuffling, splashing, or rough play is permitted in the pool area.
- No glass including glass beverage bottles in and around the pool area are permitted.
- No pets allowed in the pool area
- Swimsuits and swim trunks are only permitted. No cut-off’s, tee-shirt’s or street clothing are allowed to be worn in the pool.
- Any use of profanity, vulgar, sexually, or racially offensive language can result in immediate ejection from the pool for the rest of the day.
- No swimming is allowed in heavy rain or when thunder can be heard and/or when lightening can be seen.
- The HOA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
