Mission/Purpose: The mission of the hospitality committee is to foster and promote a congenial and hospitable atmosphere for all residents of the Parks at Durham Lakes. We are responsible for welcoming new residents to the community as well as acknowledging life changing events, i.e., illness, death, birth. The hospitality committee is also responsible for maintaining the upkeep and beautification of the PDL clubhouse and managing clubhouse rentals. Goals: 1. To insure that all acknowledgments are rendered within a week of notification. Acknowledgement of deaths will be addressed immediately upon notification. 2. To ensure that each clubhouse rental occurs without issue. 3. A committee member will report to the President of the HOA when acknowledgements have been delivered.
