Note: (This is separate from the Emergency Contact Form) Emergency Contact Form: All residents are required to fill out the Emergency Contact Form which is separate from The Parks at Durham Lakes Mailing List: The HOA needs this information in case there is an emergency at your residence (ex. a fire, break-in, etc) and we need to get in contact with you, a family member or your designated emergency contact person immediately.
