It is important to gain approval for all exterior projects prior to commencement of work. Failure to follow this simple process could result in mandatory changes and extra expense to you.
Please print the appropriate Form, provide the required information, and forward to the architectural committee by mail, email or hand deliver. Upon receipt of all required information, your application will be reviewed to the Architectural Committee. Thank you in advance for your patience in allowing the Architectural Committee adequate time to review and to make a determination on your request. Proactively participating in this important process ensures that modifications are in keeping with community-wide standards and are aesthetically pleasing. You will receive written notice of approval upon completion of the committee’s review. |
