HOA Dues Payment Options
What Are Your HOA Dues Used For?
Homeowners Association (HOA) Dues are funds that are collected from homeowners to obtain the income needed to pay (typically) for master insurance, maintenance, landscaping, water, sewer, garbage costs, etc.  The dues are set by the HOA's Board of Directors and may be adjusted annually.  Our HOA dues are paid annually and typically run $500 per year and can vary depending on our projected budget.  Any excess funds that exist after paying for all of the pertinent services as described above are stored in an account called reserve funds.

Are You Behind on Your HOA Dues?
We have several homeowners that have not paid their dues. We have tried to work with these homeowners; some have paid, but we still have some that are not taking us seriously. For those homeowners that still have not paid your dues, we are in the process of taking legal action against you, which means that we will garnish your paychecks and/or put a lien on your property.
