Get Involved:
Our Community is only as successful as we make it. By getting involved, you can make a real difference in the community.  Whether you are up for a big a commitment like serving on the Board, or a something less time consuming like joining one of our committees, your involvement can make a difference.  It can be as simple as attending a meeting.

Our HOA is homeowner controlled and has the mission of serving the homeowners and maintaining their property values. With such a large community, your ideas, input and other contributions are not only welcomed, but needed. All of the HOA meetings are open to the community and we strongly encourage homeowners to come.  If you would like to join one of the neighborhood committees, please contact the appropriate committee chair or fill out the Join Committee Form.

Mission and Purpose

Pool Committee:
To maintain safety by enforcing pool rules and making sure that it is staffed with security, and to make sure that the pool is enjoyable to all homeowners and visitors.

Social Committee:
To create a community environment where neighbors can share and participate in community events that cultivate fellowship and get people connected to each other, which will enhance the living and social environment of the Community.

Men of Purpose:
To assist other committees with their projects, to assist the community with various projects and to assist with upgrades of structures around the community. Organize adult events for the community.

Neighborhood Watch:
The purpose of our Neighborhood Watch Organization is to help protect our resident's property and maintain the safety and security of our neighborhoos.  In partnership with the Fairburn Police Department, learn how to make our homes safe and prevent crime in our community by having a visible presence, being observant and reporting suspicious activities to the local authority.  The committee will also keep the residents informed of issues and come up with strategies to keep the neighborhood safe.

Architecture & Landscape:
The purpose of the Architecture and Landscape Committee is to preserve, enhance and assure uniformity in the architectural aesthetics of the community by consistently applying and upholding the rules and regulations set forth in our governing documents (Covenants) for landscape and architecture improvements to homes within the Association. Also to maintain and improve, when needed, the grass, trees, plants, flowers and grounds located in the common areas; and oversee the seasonal maintenance activities.

Recreation:
To establish fun recreation activities within our community for children of all abilities that encourage physical fitness and development, social interaction, cognitive growth and imaginative play.
