I have read and understand The Parks At Durham Lakes pool rules and agree to abide by these rules as well as any that may be posted at The Parks At Durham Lakes by association trustees. Use of The Parks At Durham Lakes Pool Pass constitutes full acceptance of these published and posted rules. I affirm the information on this registration form is accurate and acknowledge that falsification will lead to revocation of passes by The Parks At Durham Lakes trustees.
If at any time you become delinquent on your HOA dues, you will not be permitted to use the pool until your HOA dues become current.
Only 1 pool pass will be issued to each household and each pass will have all family members names on it that is listed below. Each pass will allow admission for 2 additional guests not listed on the form below.
